Co-Founder & Director - Growth & Operations
Ram brings over a decade of leadership experience in hospitality and real estate. He previously served as the Regional Head for Tamil Nadu & Kerala at Stanza Living, where he played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling operations across the region from the ground up.
Prior to Hubu, he served as Vice President at Bharathi Meraki, one of Chennai’s renowned real estate organizations, leading strategic initiatives and driving business growth.
His deep understanding of operations, asset management, and scaling hospitality businesses forms the foundation of Hubu’s vision today.
Manoj Chander C

With extensive experience in property acquisition and hospitality, Manoj has spent years working closely with property owners and leading co-living brands across Chennai. His expertise lies in identifying high-potential assets, building partnerships, and delivering sustainable growth opportunities for property owners.
